What is The Mindful Membership

Join me and my community where every month we focus on one of the

5 Pillars of Emotional Health:

1. Mindfulness

You can't change what you aren't aware of. In this section we will focus on increasing our insight and self-awareness, learn how to be in the moment instead of always in the future or past, learn how to reduce judgments of ourselves and others, and increase our joy by being fully present in this world.

2. Self-Love

The root of all peace comes from valuing and respecting yourself unconditionally. In this section we focus on self-compassion, reducing our inner bully, reparenting our childhood parts, understanding our birth-rights and how to incorporate them into our daily lives.

3. Emotional Intelligence

Identifying and understanding our emotions is the first step towards increasing the joy in our lives and reducing our anxiety and suffering, In this section we learn about all aspects of emotions including how we feel them in our bodies, the thoughts they trigger, and how we can express our emotions in healthy ways.

4. Healthy Relationships

Research is very clear that when we have strong connections with others, we reduce loneliness, improve our physical health and increase our joy. We even live longer! This section focuses on building healthy relationships and reducing toxic ones. We will learn assertiveness skills, how to have healthy, flexible boundaries, when and how to promote vulnerability and authenticity.

5. Meaning and Purpose

We are all here on this earth for a limited time and for a purpose that we may not fully understand. Without a broader vision in our lives we are lost and disconnected from our true gifts. In this section we will develop our spiritual health, in whatever way that means to you. We will learn what is our Why, how to trust in our innate goodness and solidify our reasons for living.
